C\u2019est un dispositif qui <strong>permet aux enseignants de proposer des apprentissages davantage en coh\u00e9rence <\/strong>\u00e0 ce qui a pu \u00eatre vu au sein d\u2019autres \u00e9coles. Il permet <strong>de s\u2019adapter en fonction des besoins identifi\u00e9s de l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve<\/strong>. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Le <strong>livret scolaire unique<\/strong> (LSU).                                                                     Il permet &nbsp;aux diff\u00e9rents enseignants, de prendre connaissance des <strong>apprentissages acquis par l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ve et d&rsquo;adapter<\/strong> leurs enseignements.<\/li><li><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Si l\u2019enseignant n\u2019a pas les outils cit\u00e9s ci-dessus pour conna\u00eetre les acquis de l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve,
