Ces \u00e9motions peuvent parfois entra\u00eener des r\u00e9actions susceptibles de nuire \u00e0 leur r\u00e9ussite scolaire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Men\u00e9 lors d\u2019une journ\u00e9e d\u2019int\u00e9gration, notre projet vise \u00e0 aider les \u00e9l\u00e8ves \u00e0 mieux g\u00e9rer leurs \u00e9motions pour favoriser leur r\u00e9ussite. Accueillis dans leur futur coll\u00e8ge, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de CM2 participent \u00e0 des ateliers leur permettant d\u2019explorer leur vie \u00e9motionnelle. Ils apprennent \u00e0 identifier, nommer et comprendre leurs \u00e9motions en pr\u00eatant attention \u00e0 leurs signaux corporels.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">L\u2019objectif est de les inviter \u00e0 prendre conscience que leurs \u00e9motions sont l\u00e9gitimes d\u2019\u00eatre v\u00e9cues et exprim\u00e9es.
